Designed for mamas to be, helping to soothe any aches or pains growing a little one can bring. Focusing on safe, mindful movements and breathwork you can take with you into labour. These classes are designed to facilitate safe yoga practice and deepen your connection with baby. As well as a chance to meet other mamas to be and join an established community of mums!

Suitable for any mama to be 12+ weeks

*N.B - you can join this class earlier than 12 weeks, this is down to your preference. Typically the first trimester you may feel more unwell, fatigued and generally just not feeling ‘up to it’ - however this is all personal preference and you are more than welcome to join when the time feels right for you.*

Ellie’s antenatal yoga sessions have been  amazing so far. I’ve had lots of back pains throughout pregnancy and this has been something that has been really helpful in managing that pain, whilst also giving me some stretches to practice at home. This is a great class! Lovely women, lovely atmosphere and Ellie is fab, really knows her stuff! I always feel better after class!!
I’m a bit of a couch potato normally so I did find the classes a bit difficult at first but since going from quite early on in my pregnancy I find them easier each week and  there are moves you can do at home between classes to help with any pain which is inevitable later on in your pregnancy.
The benefits of these classes  far outweigh me being initially not very good!! 
I really would recommend for anyone of any ability!!
